Plantempo

Free plant care app · iPhone, iPad, Android

Water when the soil says so.

One reminder a day. Only when it counts.

FreeNo subscriptionNo accountNo ads

  1. It reads your sky.Heat, humidity and rain, where you live.
  2. You touch the soil. Now and then. It learns from what you feel.
  3. It learns each plant’s tempo. Not a calendar: the rhythm it really keeps.

Today

The monstera is thirsty first.

It gets the day’s one reminder. You touch the soil, it’s dry, you water, and Plantempo takes note.

Afternoon

Rain moving in.

Damp air keeps the soil wet for longer. The pothos can wait until Saturday.

Night

The streetlight takes over.

Nothing to do until morning. No red badges, no guilt.

Morning

The light comes back.

The sill wakes up slowly. Nobody needs water yet.

The next 24 hours on your sill

Tempo

Every plant keeps its own tempo.

Each species starts on its care-guide rhythm. Then Plantempo listens to the weather and to your soil checks, and finds the rhythm your plant really keeps.

It learns

It expected dry. You found it damp. Now it knows.

When a plant is due, Plantempo asks you to touch the soil first. After a few checks, each plant waters on its own learned rhythm, not a calendar.

Touch the soil. How does it feel?

Holding on longer than expected. Noted.

Learned rhythm every 5 days every 7 days

Every plant keeps a journal.

Waterings, photos, notes, fresh soil and cuttings, all on the plant’s own page. Pick any two moments and watch it grow.

Good to know

How does it know when to water?

It combines your local weather (heat, humidity and rain) with what you tell it about the soil, and learns how fast each plant really dries.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. Watering, reminders, the journal, cuttings, care guides and widgets all work on Android. Siri and the Apple Intelligence features are for iPhone.

Can it identify plants?

On an iPhone with Apple Intelligence and iOS 27, yes: take a photo while adding a plant and it suggests the species. The photo never leaves your phone.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your garden, reminders and journal are always there. The weather refreshes when you're back online.

Bring the calm home.
